ParentSquare is a messaging system designed to keep families and staff connected and to facilitate participation at school. ParentSquare will give you a safe and effective way to facilitate communication with your students’ families.
It provides a safe way for the district staff, teachers, and parents/guardians to:
Send and receive school and class information
Share pictures and files
See calendar events
Send emergency notifications
One great feature of ParentSquare is that it allows users to select a preferred language. Posts and direct messages are automatically translated into the preferred language.
Log into ParentSquare
Click your Account Icon (top right corner)
Click Manage Account
In left menu, scroll down to ACTIVITY
Click Archived Posts
You should see your past posts, sorted by years.
Click into any post to see the content.
Click Duplicate (right side) to make a copy of the post to send to current class(es). You can also copy/paste into a new post if needed.
Make sure to edit before you send.
